Job Responsibilities: 
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to work in a team
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong design skills
5+ years in complex Crystal reporting development, preferably in the insurance business.
3+ Years Business objects reporting experience
3+ years SQL experience in writing SQL routines
3+ years stored procedure experience in writing and accessing stored procedures
Java Coding experience
ETL experience
Data Mart experience
