Location: Austin, TX

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

Years Skills/Experience

 

8 Experience in developer analysis and design work.

5 Skill in solving problems; in scheduling, testing, installing, and implementing programs; and in troubleshooting computer systems.

5 Ability to analyze systems and procedures, to write and revise standards and procedures, to handle multiple projects, to communicate effectively, and to train others.

3 As a Developer Analyst on IT projects dealing with multiple, complex process areas and business groups.

3 Working knowledge of Office Professional Plus 2010 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

3 Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems, of the techniques used in the design of non-automated systems, of information technology equipment, of applicable programming languages, of computer hardware and software, of computer operating systems, of writing program code, and of automated mapping.

2 Experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

         

Preferences:

 

Years Skills/Experience

 

1 Experience with Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.

2 Experience with salesforce.com, inc. products.
