Title        :- Web Development – Software Engineer
Duration :- 12+ Months
Location :- Hopkinton , MA
Relevant Experience (Yrs):- 5+ years

Necessary Skills ·        Knowledge of common databases: any of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL. ·        Familiarity with web development languages and frameworks: any of Perl/Mojolicious, RoR, Python/Django. ·        Strong web-based UI development experience: ajax/jQuery, Backbone.js/Ember.js, CSS, HTML, Flex   Desired Skills ·        VMware's virtualization stacks knowledge. ·        Understanding of database migrations and ORM, specifically the functioning of DBIX based development in perl. ·        Python and shell scripting ·        Knowledge of REST api calls and JSON Roles & Responsibilities We crawl data from storage arrays, servers, networking gear, end-users, management; and make it clean. We make powerful, pretty graphical tools and write behind the scenes utilities to maintain and enhance this data. We integrate with VMware's virtualization stack and help build the USD private cloud. We work with folks to tie disparate tools and data together to create single-pane management of physical and virtual assets. We build and maintain a marketplace of ideas, a community where folks can share knowledge and see news about our org and EMC as a whole.   Generic Managerial Skills ·        Should have good communication skills. ·         Excellent problem solving skills. ·        Analytical ability.
