Must have a Year Experience in US IT Recruitment.
Understanding client hiring needs / requirements
Identify and recruit software professionals through various online resources, networking, references and head hunting
Sourcing quality candidates
Screen resumes thoroughly and short list candidates through a series of technical and HR interviews
Should Possessing good communication and IT skills
Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers
Candidates will be working in EST Time Zone
Job Description: (Senior Level) 10 Openings
Must have 2-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Working experience with Tier 1 vendors or Direct Clients is highly desirable.
Through knowledge of Taxes (Corp to Corp, W2 & 1099) & geographical locations.
Experience in recruiting SAP professionals is added advantage.
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
Excellent communication skills (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Should Possessing good communication and IT skills
