·         Should be able to write SQL statements involving complex joins and grouping.

·         Should be able to understand the data model.

·         Should be able to create test plan based on Mapping document.

·         Ability to test at least one ETL (like Informatica or Data Stage) or BI tool (like BO or Cognos).

·         Ability to use a testing management tool having experience to prepare Test strategy.

·         Experience in ETL transformations.

·         Experience in Data validation, estimation, Data types and functions.
