The Significance and Necessity of Acquiring 'Ilm(Knowledge) of Tasauwoof and being Baiyat to a Kaamil Murshid(Spiritual Teacher) in view of Quran Shareef, Hadis Shareef, Ijma and Qiaas

 

Allah Sub'hanahu wa Ta'ala declares in Quran Shareef:

 

وَإِذ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلٌملأِكَة ِ إنّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأرضِ خَلِيفَةً

 

Meaning: And when your Rob told the malaaika that we will send Khwalifa to the earth.( Surah Baqarah:30)

 

That is, when Allah Sub'hanahu wa Ta'ala informed the malaaikah about sending human being or creating them, the malaaikah replied that:

 

 

 

 

Meaning: Ya Allah Sub'hanahu Ta'ala! Would YOU create such community on earth who will commit fighting and will cause blood shed? Rather, we are always doing Tasbih-Tahlil of YOU along with YOUR praise and declaring your sanctity.(Surah Baqarah:30)

 

  That means, if it is for Tasbih-Tahlil and Jikr-Ajkar then we are enough for those. So, what is the reason for creating 'Bani Aadam'(community of Aadam 'alaihis salam) ?

 

In reply to the Malaaika, Allah Sub'hanahu wa Ta'ala says,

 

"Offcourse! You don't know what I myself know."(Surah Baqarah:30)

 

Which denotes, Allah Sub'hanahu wa Ta'ala declares that the true reason why I would send Khwalifa to earth is not known to you.

Allah Sub'hanahu wa Ta'ala says in the Quran Shareef in order to disclose that secret reason:

 

"I have created the Jin and the Mankind only to perform MY Ibadat"(Surah Jariat:56)
