Job Descritin and Duties:
Job requires work during regular business hours in pacific timezone as well as flexible work schedule to accommodate work during weekends and nights as required by the program implementation
Service Delivery Manager to support critical pharmacy application program. Responsibilities include leading daily meetings, producing status reporting, workload coordination and prioritization for IBM resources,
act as the customer focal point, handle customer escalations and management of implementation.
