Required Skills	We are looking for an experienced Performance LEAD Tester / Performance Tester   Description: ·         Creates the Performance Test Plan ·         Designs the Performance Test Scenarios ·         Interprets the Non-functional requirements into Performance Test scripts ·         Configures HP LoadRunner and HP Performance Center and executes the Performance Test scripts ·         Provides HP Performance Center Analysis Reports ·         Works with project team and technical resources to identify and remediate system Performance issues ·         May lead small teams of Performance testers both onshore and offshore
