WCS Lead
§ Overall experience should be more than 6 years.
§ Should have worked at least 4-5 years in WCS
§ Should have hands on experience in implementing WCS v7 based solution
§ Should be capable of working in Design Phase identifying the suitable OOTB functionalities
§ Identify the GAP between OOTB and Customization
§ Interact with other Subsystems to identify the integration points and interfaces, Development and Unit Testing
§ Help the team to trouble shoot WCS issues
§ Trouble shoot issues which are complex in nature
§ Mentor and Monitor the team from technology stand point.
§ Should have worked in onsite-offshore model
§ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
§ Able to work as part of a team and lead a team from technical front.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
§ Functional and Technical knowledge of WCS
WCS Developer
§ Should have worked at least 3 to 4 years in WCS
§ Should have hands on experience in implementing WCS v7 based solution
§ Interact with other Subsystems to identify the integration points and interfaces, Development and Unit Testing
§ Functional and Technical knowledge of WCS
§ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
§ Trouble shoot issues which are complex in nature
