Position: Network Security SME

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6 months

 

Profile

Analyze application security threats, determines countermeasures and identifies vulnerability risk

Manage, communicate, and maintain application security defects and their resolution with.

Ensure application design and development comply with CLIENT Technologies Strategies and Standards (TSS) and CLIENT Security Policy and Requirements (ASPR)

Reviews application design for security requirements

Reviews and ensures that security patches are applied to application software, database, and system software components

Investigates and validates vulnerability test results and, for valid vulnerabilities, documents the remediation plan, countermeasure and deployment schedule.

Perform manual and automated security scans.

 

Qualifications: 10 +years. Knowledge of all security aspects for IoT  devices, core application & web/mobile security including but not limited to :

Application (including system to system interfaces) and Network level security, such as firewalls, authentications schemes, etc.

Hands-on experience on manual and automated scanning tools like IBM Appscan.

Software lifecycle & complete familiarity with architecture development in N-Tier systems.  JAVA/J2EE environment is preferred.

Security certificates in CISSP, SSCP, GIAC or others are highly desired

Strong written and communications skills.
