Need: Salesforce CRM consultant with 501 certification

Title: Salesforce CRM consultant
Location: San Carlos, CA 
Duration: 6+ months
Client: TCS

201, 401 & 501 certification is a must.


Responsibilities: 

 

  • Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
  • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
  • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization that is scaling at a rapid pace
  • Implement the service cloud across the internal departments leveraging synergies in the processes to enhance productivity of the teams 

 

Required Qualifications: 

 

Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Flexibility as priorities change to reflect our fast growing business. Ability to think through multiple solutions to a problem set and look ahead for possible conflicts. 

 

Advanced degree 

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred Computer Science)
  • 8+ years of experience with technical implementations of CRM projects
  • 4-5 years of experience functioning as a senior (or only) Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise edition or higher (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization)
  • Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is preferred
  • VisualForce and Sites page development
  • Enterprise and Partner WSDL, and REST integration development
  • Experience with technologies integral to Salesforce.com including: HTML/XHTML, jQuery, Javascript, AJAX, SQL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Apex, SOQL
  • Good understanding of data structures, data modeling and DB schema
  • Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
  • Salesforce.com Communities, Partner/Customer Portal implementation. Knowledge Base
  • Social Media integration (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin)
  • Data modeling using Force.com Platform standard and custom objects
  • Experience building AppExchange Apps to pass Salesforce.com security review
  • Experience with Salesforce.com security model and sharing rules

 

Certifications and nice to haves:

  • Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401) or equivalent experience
  • Certified Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV-501) or equivalent experience
  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience
  • Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, etc.)
