UX Designer

Richfield, MN

Interview Process: 1 hour In-Person Interviews. Local Candidates only.

** Must have portfolio of work, including specifications for development and pattern/style guides **

Prescreening Question: Must include link to portfolio on resume.

MUST have skills

· 8-10 years design experience

· 5+ years in Photoshop

· 1+ years in Sketch

· 3+ years of visual design experience within a corporate environment

· 3+ years' experience designing for web applications (desktop, tablet, mobile)

· 2+ years working within a UX team and familiar with translating wireframes to designs

· Must have portfolio of work, including specifications for development and pattern/style guides

· 1+ years using InVision for project feedback and development delivery

· 1+ years in Axure

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in user experience, graphic design or related field

· Agile/Iterative experience

Bonus Qualifications:

· Front end development experience

· Experience with Axure and creating prototypes for research
