Title: Manager of Tax
Location: Greensboro, NC
Salary: $100K base + 10% bonus + benefits
Must Have:
- 5-7 years' experience in U.S. domestic and international income taxation.
- CPA and public accounting experience preferred.
- Responsible for the following (under the direction of Director of Accounting and Tax).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Summary: The Manager of Tax ensures that tax reporting and compliance needs are met for Client. Principal responsibilities are for United States and Canada facilities;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Coordination with outside service providers performing annual tax compliance in the United States and Canada.
- Oversight of annual tax compliance in all other foreign jurisdictions.
- Coordination of sales and use taxes, property taxes, and indirect taxes in the United States and Canada.
- Maintenance of transfer pricing policies around the world and coordination of appropriate documentation and evaluation.
- Strategic domestic and international tax planning.
- Consultation with functional departments within the organization to mitigate tax-related risk.
