Location: Lansing,MI

Duration: 6+ Months

Description:

• Senior level Database Administrator may work with more than one database architecture or have deep knowledge in a specific application database or set of databases to support architectural or decision support activities.
• Solid experience with SQL Server 2008 R2 and above - Required 8 yrs
• SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) - Required 8nyrs
• Strong knowledge of XML and XPath - Required 8 yrs
• T-SQL language (queries, views, procedures) - Required 8 yrs
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) - Required 8 yrs
• Proficient translation of business requirements and functional specifications into technical data requirements - Required 8 yrs
• Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects, demonstrate initiative and work independently with minimal supervision - Required 8 yrs
• Large-scale data Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) migrations - Required 8 yrs
• Data warehousing concepts - Desired
• Experience with iterative and/or Agile Scrum development methodologies - Desired
• SQL Server database troubleshooting and query optimization - Desired
• SQL Server Database Design - Desired
• SQL Server Stored Procedure Design and implementation - Desired
• Knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk Server - Desired
• Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc) - Desired
