Job Description

We are looking for Candidates having 10-12 years of testing experience with strong technical knowledge and have capability to drive business requirements into testing objectives and deliverables aligned to  clients organizational Goal. The candidate should have at least 5+ years of hands on experience in Health Insurance domain, including HealthEdge product suite with ability to strategize and manage QA activities for an end-to-end platform implementation.

Detailed Roles & Responsibility

·         Evaluates tools, frameworks for test automation, test management, defect management and knowledge management

·         Establishes an effective Testing Governance Framework

·         Responsible for the design of overall Test Architecture and architect specific solutions in alignment with the overall QA vision

·         Work with the IT and test teams to ensure solution quality

·         Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance to strategy, architecture and guidelines

·         Define Strategy & Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing

·         Responsible for Risk Management and mitigation plans

·         Participates and drives discussions across the implementation cycle and define the Roadmap for testing

·         Responsible for test assets reuse, and tools adoption

·         Act as escalation point for testing team on technical issues

·         Strong client relationship management skills.

·         Strong planning and leadership skills.

·         Support in building a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.

Skills & Knowledge:

·         Hands on Experience on Health Insurance application Testing

·         Proficient in test tools –Selenium, HIPPA Suite, SOAPUI, Junit, JMeter etc.

·         Good understanding of Functional vs Non Functional testing aspects

·         Experience in cloud (AWS, Azure) infrastructure and applications

·         Exposure to multi-tenant system testing

·         Domain –Health Insurance with Payor, Provider, Member and Claims experience; Experience in HealthEdge product suite will be desirable

·         Excellent communicator (verbal and written)  – ability to communicate effectively with client leadership, and team members

·         Ability to work on multiple initiatives in parallel and shift between projects

·         Proactive - Ability to identify and discuss improvements to current processes
