• Support VoIP, VSAT, and VPN connectivity
• PCN Network Support
• Manage Cisco switches, Cisco routers, and Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco WLCs, Cisco Access Point, Aruba Radius server
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported incidents
• Route optimisation
• ACL, NAT configuration
• Commissioning and decommissioning of the network components
• Follow change control submission and approval process
• Device Compliance
