Title: Digital Business Analyst (Need 8) with P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance background!
Location: Near major airport, Remote USA. You have flexibility to choose where you are located and work on complex enterprise software implementation/integration projects on customer site.
DIRECT HIRE
Salary: Up to $90K – 120K salary + 8-10% bonus + stock (RSU's) + benefits
Relocation: Yes, client provides relocation assistance!

Travel: up to 80% domestic travel

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Learn and master the functionality provided by clients application(s) in order to become a customer facing professional services consultant
Provide guidance to customers on how to best leverage clients applications and technology to meet customer defined business goals and objectives
As a subject matter expert in the insurance industry, consult with insurance carrier business and technical resources to produce business requirements and functional design documents as a functional resource
Support estimating the effort required to configure the software
Work with clients product management/development to share configuration concepts and further develop our core product features.
Plan user acceptance testing of customer solutions
Advise on key trade-offs between scope, schedule, and objectives
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure necessary buy-in
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Deep knowledge and expertise in the relevant insurance area, as well as experience using technology to meet insurers' need.
Capability to communicate clearly and efficiently as well as influence outcomes
Deep industry knowledge of the P&C insurance industry with primary focus on policy and/or underwriting
Consulting & Leadership Skills - Ability to adapt to various work settings and serve in an advisory/leadership role
Experience with software implementation project(s) in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing
Experience in software package implementation through customization or configuration using Agile methodologies
Understanding of a project life cycle methodology.
Experience in applying change management concepts on a software implementation project
Willingness and ability to travel 80%
Exceptional documentation skills, and the ability to facilitate discussions with both technical and business stakeholders
Familiar with OO design principles and databases.
Familiarity with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
