Job description:

Skills Needed:

·  Overall 10+ years' experience in Linux administration.

   At least 2 year hands-on experience working as a support member in a managed service project.

· Expertise working in cloud technologies and CI/CD tools.

·         Docker, Container experience, Kubernets,

·         Ansible, Playbook etc.

· Linux administration experience. Shell scripting

· Attend war-rooms or production issues, coordinating with different team until resolution

· Provide crisp and summarized information to client leadership and hold ground during escalations.

· Conduct root cause analysis and drive conclusions and clear action items.

· Conduct weekly/monthly cadence with leadership
