Experience in developing reusable artifacts/frameworks, re-usable assets, Industry.solutions, reference architecture, design, development and QA best practice
Experienced in Android designing and developing mobile apps with web-services and external APIs

At onsite, should be able to lead a team of 4 at offshore.
Should be able to provide demo to the customer at the end of sprint. 
Should also be able to work on features envisioned by customer.
should be able to merge PR raised by offshore team members.
