Position: 1
Title: Business Analyst
Location: Roseville, CA
Expected Duration: 12 Months with extension or permanent depending on performance of the candidate and client needs
Rate: $35/hr on C2C all inclusive
Purpose:
Researches, designs, develops, operates and maintains support services for existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements per System Development Life Cycle methodology. Includes identification, development and prioritization of support services according to business criticality. Applications and information systems solutions are internally developed applications. Responsibilities include analysis of business requirements, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications
* Demonstrated experience in defining and analyzing business requirements with clients.
* Demonstrated experience in the development of System Test Plans.
* Demonstrated experience in claims processing. Knows how to enter claim data and how the claim the processes.
* Demonstrated experience in the creation of Systems Life Cycle documentation (i.e. Requirements documents, user documentation, etc.)
* Medicaid experience is highly desirable.
* Must be on site in Roseville, CA.
* Candidates must be US citizens/green card holder per the DXC requirements for this
position
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Position: 2
Title: C/Unix Developer
Location: Topeka KS
Expected Duration: 10+ Months with extension or permanent depending on performance of the candidate and client needs
Rate: $36/hr on C2C all inclusive
Skills Required: C, UNIX, .NET, SQL
Applies specialized knowledge to conceptualize, design, develop unit-test, configure, and implement portions of new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions) business and technical software solutions through application of appropriate standard software development life cycle methodologies and processes. Interacts with the Client and project roles (e.g., Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Engineer) as required, to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction. Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned components. Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyse, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems. Applies metrics to monitor performance and measure key project parameters. Prepares system documentation. Conforms to security and quality standards. Stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Participates as a member of development team.
• Completes development of units with designs prepared by more senior developers.
• Participates in code reviews. Prepares and executes unit tests.
• Applies growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. Web- site Development).
• May perform unit design.
• Applies company and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity.
• Configures end-user or enterprise systems designed by more senior technologists.
• Analyse EDI files received from external vendors.
• Applies changes to HIPAA transaction sets to configure mappings.
Education and Experience Required:
• Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to two years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
• 2 or more years of experience writing code using languages such as (and not limited to) UNIX shell scripting, Java, C, C++, C#, ASP.Net.
• Basic Understanding of RDBMS databases such SQL Server and Oracle.
• Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies (e.g., OO).
• Basic understanding of modern SCM (software configuration management).
• Basic understanding of testing tools and unit test scripting, and testing methodologies.
• Experience using (or an understanding of the use of) an Integrated Development Environment (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio).
• Understanding of basic Database Administration.
• Understanding of quality and security standards. Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge about HIPAA transaction sets.
• Knowledge about Electronic files submissions and SFTP process.
