Title:  System Administrator

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Expected Duration: 12 Months with extension or permanent depending on performance of the candidate and client needs

Required Skills: 
Responsibilities

•         Works as part of the Wintel Incident and Server Request team to provide support for identified business problems.

•         Responds to requests for technical support and assistance within established procedures.

•         Provide operational support for Active Directory and related network support equipment to ensure changes and maintenance do not interrupt service to the customers.

•         Provide operational support of Windows Server and other application server systems administration.

•         Assists in ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

•         Responds to escalated requests for technical assistance.

•         Troubleshoots and resolves low- to mid-level problems.

•         Maintains current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned.

 

Qualifications

•         2-3 years of related experience in systems administration in Windows.

•         Active Directory 2008/2012/2016

•         Knowledge of VMware 5/6

•         Basic PowerShell Scripting experience preferred

•         Excellent communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills.

•         Manage multiple tasks, be detail oriented, be responsive, and demonstrate independent and critical thinking.
