REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES
- 8+ years of experience
- Strong communication skills and have had experiences leading, facilitating, technical review sessions, root cause analysis sessions.
- Experience in leading and guiding junior/senior Informatica developers
- Experience in presenting status to leadership both onshore and offshore
- Hands on technical experience in must have technical requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of Developing, Designing and implementing large scale enterprise applications.
- Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers.
- Knowledge of Agile process
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET
Must have:
• Solution Developer experienced with Informatica Power Center and US healthcare domain.
• Strong knowledge of Informatica, Sybase, Oracle, Control M.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
Responsibilities
1. Should be able to derive & understand the overall design of data migration process from legacy systems to target system
2. Conduct brainstorm sessions to discuss & understand the business requirements and provided tech responses.
3. Conceptualize, lead and validate detailed technical design documents developed by the team.
4. Provide technical guidance to team members to overcome technical issues/queries.
5. Assist team members to understand the business functionality for the changes.
6. Provide estimates (LOE) for changes identified as part of new business requirements and CRs.
7. Track the progress on deliverables for the changes identified as per release calendar.
8. Perform review to make sure the deliverables are of high quality & standards.
9. Should be able to do coding, testing, implementing, debugging of complex programs.
10. Support deployment/implementation activities as per release calendar.
11. Should be able to lead the discussions on Audit and Validation fallouts.
12. Review summary report and DHRs before handing over to onshore systems Leads.
13. Review Informatica mapping and workflow changes done by Developer for new requirements and Change Requests.
14. Help team to prioritize incident tickets as and when then come in by analyzing the problem.
15. Closely coordinate with the onshore for design support and development activities.
16. Work and document Technical Design Document in case of any new requirements/ CRs driven by other teams or existing issues
