We are looking Sr. Business Analyst, Hopkins Minnesota. This is 6 Months Contract Position. Must be local to Minneapolis

 

Must Have:

#1 – Agile experience in Scrum setting
#2 - commodity supply, demand, and trade solutions BA experience 
#3 – SDLC

 

Skills Required

·         5-years of Business Analyst experience in diverse operational, development, and/or business roles.

·         3-years of intermediate general business analysis experience across various businesses and project types (including custom software development, COTS and SaaS implementation, O&M support).

·         3-years of intermediate experience in Use Case diagramming, Business Process Modeling (BPM), and User Story development.

·         2-years of experience in commodity supply, demand, or trade solutions.

·         2-years of Agile experience in a Scrum setting.

·         2-years of experience with a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

·         Strong analytical skills required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues.
