- 10+ years of experience in IT program management for enterprise
applications
- Managed multiple medium and large sized projects which includes
Lifescience experience
- Has managed 1 or more of life science related projects
- Has developed and maintained project plans
- Lead and contributed to project utilizing project management skills,
process improvement, functional knowledge, and business acumen
- Managed day to day interactions with external vendor responsible
for project deliverable
- Managed interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Identified and monitored key measures to ensure
successful project completion
- Identified, assessed and mitigated risks for project
- Managed relationships between stakeholders, partners, and leadership to
ensure key deliverables are met on time
- Worked in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, keeping
track of key deliverables
- Experience in Waterfall methodologies
- Be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrixed
environment
- Proven track record of project management and organizational skills, with
an ability to initiate, prioritize, and execute complex,
cross-functional projects with minimal guidance across businesses and
leadership levels
- Working knowledge of project management and issue tracking tools
- Excellent written and verbal communications / speaking skill

- *Nice to Haves:*
- Worked in offshore/onsite engagement models
- PMP certification is a plus
- Ability to see the big picture and to focus on details when necessary
- Good knowledge and understanding of compliance regulations like FDA ,
GMP,DSCSA etc
- Knows and understands serialization /aggregation in Lifescience
industry
