Skills Required

Looking for a UX strategist who is heavier on business process, information
architecture, and content design background. It's less about visual design
– its more about displaying the most relevant content and picking the best
Salesforce components to do what's needed.
They are quick learners and willing to learn the complex processes that
drive this regulated business.
Highly desired: Experienced in designing user experiences for Salesforce
Community and Salesforce Service Cloud. This role will be focused on the
Salesforce Classic/Lightning platform, and expectation is that person will
have – or quickly build – an understanding of Salesforce platform
opportunities and constraints.
Strong influencing skills and solid judgment. They know what battles to
pick, where to push, and how to find common ground.
Ability to build trusting, respectful relationships at all levels of the
organization to encourage honest feedback.
Here's what they'll do
The right person will need to be comfortable with shaping business
processes from perspective of the end users. They partner and challenge
Business Analysts and Business Stakeholders to make sure processes consider
the end user.
They will lead contextual inquiry research with agents, facilitate IA
workshops, and conduct prototype testing.
They will develop prototypes in XD, Axure or Avonni Creator and test with
agents.
They will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and
development teams to execute UX recommendations.
They will identify when/what research is needed (contextual inquiry,
cardsorting, build your own workshops), facilitate across different
workgroups, and translate findings into recommendations, mockups and other
deliverables.
They will help prioritize needs and identify business value/impacts of UX
recommendations.
They will regularly present recommendations, progress recaps and business
case-making presentations to senior leadership.
