As a Data Visualization Designer / UX, the candidate would be involved in
Rapid Prototyping, Creating Innovative Prototypes and Products that add
tremendous value to the Business in showcasing it as a concept. The
candidate will be in-charge to develop front-end interface design for some
of the cutting-edge Reporting Applications, Web Applications, Mobile
optimized (responsive) prototypes. Also, leverage industry leading best
practices and create contemporary, elegant, cohesive and intuitive user
interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

Needs to be quality and customer focused when approaching a new product. He
/ She needs well-developed reporting and design researching skills, along
with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent people
skills are also essential. In addition, usability specialist must have the
capability to think beyond the current parameters of a proposed new product
with a perceptive curiosity of how to make it better and user-friendly.



Key Responsibilities

Should be a hands-on specialist with strong Interaction design, usability
improvement skills on Web, Mobile and BI applications.
Overall experience of 8-10 years or above, experience in Usability design &
development or integration
Lead the development of personas, user flows and scenarios, goal/task
analyses, and other key tools of user-centered design.
Contribute to product vision and strategic decisions in collaboration with
product management team members.
Work closely with product owners and engineers to ensure a user-focused
approach from concept through launch.
Collaborate with customers, product managers, and other stakeholders to
proactively gather and understand customer, partner, and stakeholder needs
in order to create the best user experience / interfaces possible.
Usability study, improvement of prototypes/mockups for web
applications/mobile apps/new web standards.
Ability to understand minimal requirements and quickly propose a use-case
flow using wireframes, mockups.
Excellent knowledge of design tools for designing high fidelity mockups,
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong HTML, CSS, JS / jQuery knowledge & experience is preferred.
Applied experience of UI/UX design & development principles.
Experience in solving cross-browser, cross-platform, cross- mobile UI
issues.
Conduct industry research and stay current on best practices, competitor
user interface designs, and emerging technologies




Must Have Skills-

Usability Research, Rapid Prototyping / Mockups for Reporting Applications,
Web and Mobile apps, Excellent knowledge of wireframing and design tools
like, Axure, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign,
Dreamweaver), HTML / CSS



Preferred Skills

Setting Best-in-class Visualization and Usability standards for Business
Dashboards, Reports through BI Reporting Tools (ex: SAP BO Reporting Suite,
Qlik, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, D3 JS / Web-based
applications)
