Skills : NuGenesis, GxP, ITSM tools, HP ALM

Description:

Experience with Waters NuGenesis application as System Administrator
- Providing level 1-2 support for scientific data management applications
- Experience in managing existing templates and creating new scanlines
- Working with software vendor Waters for application troubleshooting
- Experience in supporting GxP applications
- Managing application user lifecycle management
- Work experience is ITSM tools like ServiceNow/ remedy is must
- Work experience in documentum tools like FirstDoc, testing tools like HP
ALM is advantage
- Good requirement analysis and documentation skills
- Previous in-lab experience is added advantage

Responsibilites ;

- Coordinating with infrastructure teams within/outside organization.
- Change control management/execution

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
