Analyze the tickets escalated by Tech Support

Identify the root cause of the issues related to any Configurations and
Customizations

Delivering the resolution timely for all kind of issues raised by users
without any escalations.

Discussing and helping the team to identify and keep track of the issues
raised by the users.

Taking ownership of clients issues reported and seeing problems through to
resolution

Ensure all issues are properly logged
