A minimum of Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering or related area of study1-3 years related experience and/or training in a technology environment or equivalent combination of education and experiencecombination of the following certifications is ideal: CCNA Security, CCNP, CCDA, CCSA, PCNSA, PCNSE, JNCIS-ENT/SEC, F5 LTM/ASM/APM/GTM, CISSP, CEH, or MCSEModerate knowledge and moderate exposure to TCP/IP networkingExperience in desktop/networking experience, application software experience, with exposure to Microsoft and UNIX/Linux based operating systemsPrevious IT help desk experience preferredConfident presentation, written and oral communication skillsA solid understanding of information security and networkingWork remotely: YesNeeds to be on-callWeekend coverage is required
