JD : 
Managed large ERP & CRM programs
Strong Knowledge in Dynamics 365 & AX 2012
Should have very good Program Management skills
Single point of contact for customer for day-to-day operations 
Responsible for monitoring and reporting SLAs, working with the team to identify areas of continuous improvement and delivering on them 
Work closely with customer Program Management team in the definition and execution of deliverables.  
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Escalation point in case of high severity issues 
Responsible for the ongoing management of the resources assigned to the project.
Provide timely progress reports to Steering Committee.
