Job Description:
 
Service Analyst is responsible for understanding the requirements from Channels and Data Providers and to transform them to prepare a Candidate analysis thus resulting in a Systems requirement for the API team.
 
Ability to understand API integration work.
 
Understanding of API's and some understanding of Mule / IIB/ TIBCO
 
Ability to convert request data elements and provide the response based on existing / new API's
