Job Title/Role : Agile Coach
Job Location : Thomasville, GA 
Project Duration : 12+ Months
JD : 
Teach, mentor, role-model and improve Agile across the organization
o Build new Squads and set up delivery processes (e.g., facilitate workshops, trainings, define cadences)
o Nurture adherence to Agile, practices and principles      
o Have passion and energy to foster enthusiasm among the Squad in bringing your vision to life
o Is a shared and servant leader by seeking to understand by listening, and focusing on the growth of people
o Is adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities and demands
o Is assertive, with the confidence to be the voice of authority – not afraid to challenge OKRs, etc.
o Coach Squads and organizations on how to build a trusting and safe environment
o Build a culture that promotes transparency, inspection and adaptation
o Coach Squads to raise and remove impediments
o Encourage appropriate technical efficiency and automation practices across Squads
o Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
