Title: Senior Node.js Developer

Location: Sterling, VA two days per week,

Duration: Long term consulting rest of the week will be remote work.

Our customer is seeking a Senior Node.js Developer for a long-term consulting position (12+ months). This person will need to commute to the office in Sterling, VA two days per week, and the rest of the week will be remote work.

This project will require messaging and event driven architecture experience.

 

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of total IT experience

- 4+ of Node Js experience

-Extensive experience in node.js development with enterprise level applications

-Experience with RabbitMQ messaging or comparable open source messaging

-Experience with Event Bus / Service Bus (EB/SB)

 

Nice to have:

-Postgres database experience
