Position: Oracle Finance Cloud Analyst
Reports to: Senior Research Analyst Manager

Working with a team of functional and technical developers, system owners, business stakeholders, decision makers and end users of multiple business units, understand and capture business needs for finance cloud implementation, participate and ensure they are designed, configured and tested. Understand finance applications and prepare and provide information related to the layout of the Chart of Accounts, Segmentation Structure, Desired Future State Finance processes related to - Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, Planning and Budgeting, Reconciliations and close process.
Understand the integration requirements, be knowledgeable about the FBDI (File Based Data Import) process, track and document the movement and flow of data, map inbound and outbound interfaces between Oracle Cloud and other systems. Prepare and facilitate providing necessary requirements and documentation for development of RICEF (Reports, Integrations, Customizations, Enhancements, Forms) components and testing.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of finance or information technology
- 5+ years' experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Modules with at least 2 years of Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM module implementations.
- Experience in other Oracle SaaS Products like Procurement, SCM, HR Cloud etc.
- Trained in Oracle Cloud modules like ERP, EPM, Procurement etc., Certifications a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of financial business processes, systems analysis, design and re-engineering.
- Proven expertise in functional and technical analysis of Oracle Financials, Cloud Architecture & Security and knowledge of migrating financial applications from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle SaaS Cloud.
- Experience in training business users in using the Oracle ERP/EPM applications including self-service reporting, setting up financial reporting center, smart views etc.
- Strong experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions, guiding business process designs in alignment with Cloud methodologies and strategies, configuring and setup of applications and leading cloud implementation processes like conference room pilots, training, change management process and solution provisioning.
- Must have experience coordinating business users, technical staff, andarchitects to help analyze and define future needs and operations based upon use case and architectural analysis of alternatives

Position: Oracle Cloud Configuration Engineer
Reports to: Senior Research Analyst Manager
Location : No constrain
Have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud – ERP, EPM, Procurement & SCM modules and implement complex configurations and workflows to support migration from On-Prem to SaaS for Financial (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management), Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Self-service) and SCM (Inventory) Cloud modules.
Work with team members, business stakeholders and users in successfully aligning the business requirements to Cloud functionalities and create appropriate setups, configurations and address gaps with alternate solutions like improved business processes and minimal customizations;
Be functionally and technically proficient in implementing modern best practices and design, test, document and deliver cloud applications:
- Configure Cloud applications with proper setups, rules, workflows including needed flexfields and personalizations.
- Setup and maintain application security including assigning user access controls based on roles and responsibilities.
Be hands-on in developing and provisioning RICEF (Reports, Integrations, Customizations, Enhancements, Forms) components as needed:
- Develop and maintain integration of Cloud modules with other Cloud and On-Premise applications – COTS and custom – using FBDI, APIs, web services etc.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of computer science or information technology
- 5+ years' experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with 2 to 3 years of Oracle SaaS Cloud experience.
- Proven experience in the configuration of Oracle SaaS Products like ERP, EPM Procurement, SCM cloud modules; Configuring SaaS applications, setting up role-based access controls, approval rules, workflows, chart of accounts, flexfields etc.
- Trained in Oracle Cloud implementation and configurations; Certifications a plus.
- Experience with multiple oracle reporting tools – OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio – creating reports, analyses and dashboards and writingcomplex SQL queries.

Setup and Configure Oracle HCM Cloud – Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Benefits & Leave Administration
Have a deep understanding of HR processes starting from recruitment to retirement and implement complex configurations and workflows to support migration from On-Prem Oracle HR & Payroll to Oracle Cloud HCM.
Work with a team of HR system owners, business stakeholders, technology team members and end users of multiple business units:
- capture their business needs for implementing Oracle HCM cloud,
- design core HR processes – hire, onboard and manage different person types and their assignments
- build the application using prebuilt best-practice rules and to adhere to company specific policies and practices,
- build secure employee self-service capabilities, configure rules-driven workflows to manage the workforce.
Configure an end-to-end recruitment flow in HCM Cloud along with the required approval flows -starting with job posting, applicant tracking, background verification and onboarding.
Be conversant with all aspects of HR benefit administration and in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud to cater to organization's benefit requirements:
- Setup FastFormula to design benefit plans and policies based on eligibility and business rules
- Configure rates and coverage including rate calculations and managing plan rates for different employee groups and integrating with payroll.
- Create enrollment flow for scheduled open enrollments, life events and guide the self-service enrollment process.
Configure a comprehensive leave and absence management process to comply with the statutory regulations and in accordance with company benefit policies to provide a unified solution that integrates natively with core HR and with time-keeping and payroll systems.
Setup approval flow for different leave types – FMLA, Military, Sick/Personal etc. and their eligibility and accrual process for easy administration and employee self-service.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of Human Resource Management or Information Technology
- 5+ years' experience in HR, Payroll systems implementations with at least 3 years with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
- 3 years of business experience in HR, Benefits & Payroll areas.
- Oracle HCM implementation certification a plus.
