Duration: 6 monthsMandatory Skills: Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEMRushJob Description:Responsibilities:Work with Senior Manager to fully understand user experience and visual elements for web developmentPartner with brand managers for website operation and planning task such as site search optimization, promotion and campaign set up, campaign support, product content and asset managementDefine estimates, road maps, and timeline contributing to site strategy- from ideation to articulation to deliveryCreate website layout-user interface by using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other relevant web design coding languagesGather and refine website specification and requirement base on technical needsCooperate with web/graphic designers and IT teams to match visual design intent with brand guidelinesWeb Tracking (GA Tagging & MVAs) to improve site quality, reliability and customer experienceOngoing content management using WordPress and in line with SEO strategies, and algorithm shiftsCreate and maintain software documentationWeb functionally and information architecture (IA)Digital Brand Asset Review/Certification in VEEVADomain managementMonitor workflow and status of web project task and marketing requestsExperience with responsive and adaptive design as well as understanding of entire web development process including design, development and deployment.Understand of Web Accessibility Guidelines and GDPR, CCPA, and HIPPA in a pharmaceutical regulatory environment)Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree with strong business, math, analytics and project management skills.Excellent time management is required.Experience in digital, brand, and/or technical roles.Experience in digital platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEMRush, etc.Familiarity with segmentation and personalization of marketing campaigns with an understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and HIPPA in a highly regulated environment such as pharma.Familiarity with data architecture, web tools & standards, design and usability.
