1) JavaScript

3) Spring
4) Hibernate
5) SQL
Sometimes more important than technical skill is how well this person can
work with the team.
To do that I'm looking for people with
1) Understand the requirement clearly. Ask question if needed.
2) Follow scrum process. No rogue developer.
3) Develop efficiently but pay attention to detail.
