Project Description:
The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is seeking a Project Manager for a large, complex infrastructure implementation project converting a Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) network to a Voice Over IP (VOIP) environment using Cisco equipment.   The Worker will be responsible for developing and maintaining a project plan to transition over about 80 remote locations; working with team members to ensure on-time delivery of the project tasks and deliverables; ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues, including resolution of resource conflicts; developing and implementing a communication plan, including end users to executive management; developing and implementing a risk management plan, including mitigation strategies as appropriate; tracking and communicating project status to key stakeholders; and other project management tasks.

Required Skills:
·         Project Management experience.
·         Experience managing large, complex infrastructure in a Telecommunications project
·         Experience in identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risk.
·         Skill in creating, maintaining, and communicating project work plans, schedules, budgets, and other project deliverables.
·         Skill in tracking and communicating project status with cross-functional work teams.
·         Skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems and issues on projects.
·         Skill in consulting and communicating with key stakeholders regarding requirements and to resolve resource issues.
·         Knowledge of industry-standard project management terms, tools, and techniques.
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Excellent organizational skills
