·        Strong on GUI side (worked on J2EE container)

·        Should have hands on Flex experience

·        Experience with HTML, Java Script, JSS, Hibernate & Oracle (RAC preferred)

·        Strong Communications skills

·        Telecom/Verizon experience would be a plus.
