Lead Java Developer with Portlet experience

Princeton, NJ
Long Term
$55/hr


The candidate filling this Software Developer - Lead position will work on Java development for the ePraxis project.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
· Java development
· Peer code review
· Input to user interface specification documentation
· Client and server-side web services development

Experience
Candidate must have a high level of expertise and at least 5 years of experience in Java development and 3 years in portlet development. Candidate must be able to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team. Candidate must possess good communication skills in order to interact with clients and other technical staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· 5 years of Java and EJB development experience
· 3 years of Portlet development experience
· 3 years of client and server side Web Services
· J2EE and core Java packages
· Tomcat
· Apache
· Oracle
· UNIX/Linux
