Job Summary:
Defines technology system scope, objectives, and requirements, and is a top-level technical expert in development skills capable of tuning programs for processing efficiency.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
Code, debug, test; and support utilities, tools and frameworks of the software application development process.
Production support of existing STARS / Workbrain platform.
Research, analyze and define business solutions of large systems scope and complexity; and prepare detailed specifications for large complex projects and design solutions for complex business problems.
Document test cases, expected test results, test data requirements; and collaborate with testing teams and business partners to resolve testing problems.
Create system designs to facilitate the interoperability of large-scale business systems.
Provide technical direction to team members; and monitor the deliverables of the technical team.
Serve as technical point of contact for business partners and other technology areas.
Miscellaneous development & production support activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems/Technology .
More than 5 years experience required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems/Technology .
Expert in Workbrain 5.0.5.1 Payroll Platform Development (rules development, attendance control, Timesheet functionality, Form builder) .
Expert in Oracle 10 development .
Expert in Java platform development .
Certifications/Licenses: Workbrain, Oracle, Java, XML and PeopleSoft .
Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems/Technology .
More than 5 years experience required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems/Technology .
Expert in Workbrain 5.0.5.1 Payroll Platform Development (rules development, attendance control, Timesheet functionality, Form builder) .
Expert in Oracle 10 development .
Expert in Java platform development .
Certifications/Licenses: Workbrain, Oracle, Java, XML and PeopleSoft .
Knowledge and Skills:
