Position Open For Sr. Network Engineer in Washington DC

Hello There,
I have the following position open. Please let me know .

 

Sr. Network Engineer (CCNP)
Location: Washington DC
Duration:  12 to 24 months
IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST!!!

 
1)8+ years of hands on networking experience in multi-site-multivendor
2)CCNP equivalent Cisco certification or expertise
3)Working knowledge of route redistribution and troubleshooting issues involved
4)Strong working knowledge of catalyst 6500 switches.
5)In depth experience of configuring and running firewalls and multi-DMZ environments
6)In depth experience of IPSEC VPNs (multi-vendor)
7)In depth experience with RSA Secure ID Authentication Manager
8)In depth experience with application proxy firewalls and IDS
9)In depth experience of running a large switched infrastructure and management of spanning tree, 802.1q trunking and multicast control technologies
10)  Working knowledge and experience with Cisco Nexus 7000, 5000, 2000 switches
 
The candidate must be able to meet the following requirements:
·Oversee daily support of network service for applications and e-business teams and provide technical expertise in related projects. Undertake Project Management tasks relating to budgeting, Scheduling, Planning, documentation, pricing & orders, installs.
·Develop network architecture for new site rollouts, and secure application support, Coordinate circuit installs delivery of equipment, rack & stack,  Responsible for identifying key yearly projects, growth and consolidation strategies, emerging technologies, leveraging infrastructure life-cycle.
·Test installation and basic network services including DHCP, multicast forwarding, etc. Configure network software and hardware as required and Coordinate and integrate 3rd-party installations as required.
 
Technical skills
·Working knowledge and experience with Cisco ASR  & ISR routers
·Working knowledge/experience of Cisco VSS architecture / configuration.
·Working knowledge/experience of VRF's / VRF-lite.
·Working knowledge/experience with Cisco ASA including contexts.
·Working knowledge/experience of optical networking including dark fiber, CWDM, 10G, etc.
·Ability to reverse engineer (using first principles) complex routed, switched and fire walled systems
·In depth experience of IPv4 addressing and CIDR / VLSM classless concepts
·In depth experience of OSPF and some BGP4 and experience with ISP connectivity
·In depth experience of both CatOS, IOS, IOSXR, and NXOS Cisco device interfaces
·In depth experience of different WAN technologies and troubleshooting
·In depth experience of network management systems and fault management processes
·Working knowledge of packet capture tools and decoders
·Good knowledge of TCP, UDP, RTP, IP concepts and troubleshooting
·Working knowledge of structured cabling systems and a willingness to do the "simple" jobs of patching servers and user PCs
·Working knowledge of intra-domain multicast routing technologies
·Working knowledge of Cisco QoS and IP Telephony concepts
·Working knowledge of Windows NT and AD infrastructure and "server" infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP and authentication technologies
·Ability to develop and present network diagrams in Visio
·Basic knowledge of Unix / Linux OS - ability to ping, telnet, traceroute, netstat and view route tables
