Required:
-- Very strong knowledge and hands-on on Core Java like Threads, JDBC,
Garbage Collection, Exception Handling, OOPs concepts
-- Strong knowledge on JUnit framework as for every implementation
unit test framework should be developed.
-- Strong knowledge on UNIX commands and shell scripting
-- Relevant exp using API's is a bonus :
-- Jboss Netty Protocol server
-- Google Protobuf
-- Memcache caching server
-- Java NIO
-- Oracle and Cassandra databases
-- Extensive usage of Core Java
Job Description:
-- Needs to continuously monitor production behavior using tools like
splunk, hubble, iReporter and act immediately (analyze and diagnose
the issue).
-- Production tickets - Analysis & Code fixes
-- Adapatability to Agile / SCRUB model
-- Occasional need to perform load and performance testing using tool
like ProxySniffer to measure builds and environments
-- Co-ordinate with offshore team to assign and review work items.
