Job Title: SAP PM/QM Consultant
Location: AD East Peoria, IL
Duration: 1+ year

Summary: 
Responsible for maintaining and providing support for all the production systems in our large and complex SAP landscape. Responsibilities will include high-visible issue-management, event-management, change-management, proactive system monitoring, regression testing, upgrades, and support pack implementations.

Education/Experience: 
Bachelors degree in computer science or management information systems or equivalent is required. Certifications in SAP and project management preferred. The candidate needs to have a deep functional expertise in either logistics or the financial modules of SAP. Should have 8-10 years of overall experience in working with SAP products in large organizations. 
Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams is a must. Should have experience in developing and monitoring processes in either SAP project management or SAP production support organizations.
 Knowledge of Sarbanes - Oxley procedures and their implications to SAP change management procedures is preferred. 

Major Job Duties: 
Evaluation of all project-related changes and sign-off from Support Team before moving changes to production. Ensuring all changes moved to production have been through the established change management procedures. Lead the Support Team to ensure adequate regression testing is done. Periodically review established procedures for Change Management; recommend testing and process changes. Effective leading offshore and onsite teams. Strong and reliable communications skills. Timely and effective decision-making.Please note: This position is not eligible for OT and DT multipliers. All hours are billed at ST rate.

Mach 1 Level 3 PM/QM (with MM/WM) Support Analyst Job Description The Level 3 Plant Maintenance & Quality Management Business Process Specialist will serve a global user base of the Mach1 Plant Maintenance and Quality Management solution. The Level 3 (L3) Support Analyst will provide process and tool subject matter expertise for Mach1 Enterprise Plant Maintenance & Quality Management process areas and related SAP PM/QM/MM/WM module- end-to-end functionalities. We expect this candidate to have a good knowledge of Material Management (SAP MM module). (Job scope/responsibilies may change in future based on enterprise business needs or in respond to Mach1 program direction.) Under general direction, the L3 Support Analyst will coordinate and deliver solutions for break fix support requests, information requests and service requests related to the Mach1 solution for system users. The L3 consultant will also be involved in approved Multi-Generation Product-Process Planning (MGPP) enhancements that have been approved for interim releases. Activities may include: creating Functional designs for enhancements of existing SAP functionality for interim releases configuration for system enhancements testing system modifications performing system maintenance(configuration, master data) analyzing and evaluating SAP system processes and user needs. In partnership with the Mach 1 Global Template Services team and other SMEs the L3 Support Analyst will: recommend, modify, or configure new processing techniques resolve critical SAP development issues research, develop, and propose both short and long term solutions to SAP system requirements. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties are typical for this role. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices. Operational Support Provide 3rd level post go-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation. Create and maintain test scripts for interim release work and break fixes and participate in integration testing with appropriate end-user and technical groups. Analyze support issues logged with Help Desk and Liaise with Mach1 End Users relating to issue status in accordance with client SLA Project Work Participate in a variety of special projects as requested, including: Root Cause Analysis Post Implementation Review Replication of Release Content to previously deployed site Enhancements/Scope Changes- for Interim Releases Develop detailed functional specifications for RICEF objects and perform functional unit testing. Assist teams in order to ensure successful integration of SAP and non-SAP functionality. Executes required testing and modifies application configurations to resolve errors Provides assistance in training all levels of SAP users as needed in partnership with training team 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Specific SAP Skill Requirements: Strong SAP application and configuration experience in at least one of the modules below: SAP PM Plant Maintenance SAP QM Quality Management SAP MM- Material Management SPRO- Configuration for MM/WM Knowledge of SAP Cross-Functional configuration Education and Experience Guidelines Bachelors degree from an accredited College or University Four years of progressively responsible information technology experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including two years of SAP project management experience May be required to accommodate irregular work hours including evenings and weekends and on call rotations..
