Duration :                     12+ months     

 

Mandatory skills :

·         Working experience in CommVault

·         Migration experience with backup environment

·         Installation of backup agents on servers, configuration of agents, scheduling the backups, restoring data, etc.

·         Generating capacity reports, performance, trending, incident reports and other related items to enable the delivery of required monitoring solutions

·         Direct and participate in the effective backup planning and installation/configuration

 

Good-to-have skills :

·         NetBackup experience

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Understand and follow IT processes including Change & Configuration, Problem, Incident and Service Readiness and other established team procedures (ITIL)
