 Job Description:

·         Candidate should have minimum 8 to 10 years of IT experience of which 3-4 years should be in the position of Solution Architect on Microsoft .NET platform, specifically ASP.NET and Webservices.

·         .NET Framework and Design Patterns implementation – MUST HAVE

·         Should have hands on experience on Microsoft SQL Server Stack i.e. SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, etc. (Version 2005 and 2008)

·         Excellent Design and Documentation skills with OOA/OOD, design patterns and UML Skills

·         Should be hands on to do Proof of Concepts and Estimations for Microsoft Solutions. The

·         estimations levels could be detail or rough order of magnitude

·         Excellent Communication Skills having Consulting abilities to end Clients

·         Ability to quickly learn existing complex systems

·         Good Team Player, Good Interpersonal Skills and Ability to Learn Quick are all plus

·         Exposure to Design of Global Applications or Regional Application is a must

·         Exposure to Iterative Development Methodologies is desirable
