Rate : $63 on 1099 or 54 on w2/with no benefits

Duration: 10 months with potential for extension.
- Candidate must be able to attend ON-SITE interview for 2nd interview. Client will not subsitute Skype. No travel expense reimbursement for on-site interview.
Sr. Data Analyst and SAS programmer analyst
Statement :
Will provide data analytics to build and validate property data mapping from street address to condo name. The fundamental work entails standardizing condo project names. This includes determining what words in a name should be standardized, and what words make up the unique name. Most of the work is requires advanced text manipulation.
May perform data analytics to model/prototype data, define requirements for IT production, and test results. May assist with business analysis to determine business needs and approaches to data, analytics and reporting.
Skill level : Mid-level / Senior Level
Required: Minimum of 7 years of data analytics and programming experience using Unix SAS . Experience extracting data from DBs to SAS. Advanced skills and experience manipulating text data.
Desired: Experience with address scrubbing and building property data.
Experience with Oracle, Sybase, DB2,or similar analytical platforms
