Direct Client Requirement.

1-3+ years utilizing TIBCO experience including Depth of Knowledge on TIBCO BusinessWorks • Experience with JAVA a plus. • Understanding of XML and XSD concepts Perform the detailed design of ETL to/from data store using XML messages. Develop, Configure, build, and test the ETL to feed reporting data to Data Store in design. Inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project. Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing. -Analyze business data requirements for one to many Operational Data Store(s) -Document Solution Specification following FM (Fannie Mae) templates that will show how the requirements will be satisfied -Interview / lead discussions / facilitate JAD sessions with technical developers, data modelers and business SMEs to provide solution -Perform data analysis and build data transformation & data mapping documents Required Skills: Primary – Tibco-BusinessWorks-ETL (Extract Transform Load) Secondary - XML Additional Skills strongly Preferred: Java Data Analytics Oracle-BI Data Warehouse Development Programming/ software development Relational Data Modelling SQL (Structured Query Language)
