• Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2
• Active Directory/Group Policies and Citrix Policies
• SysTrack monitoring/reporting tool
• AppSense product suite (Application Manager, Environment Manager, etc.)
• Incident and Problem management
 
He/she must have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with end users.
