Position: Sr SQL Server MSBI Developer

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Duration: 3-6 Months (Extension possible)

Exp: 8+ Years

 

Job Description: 

 

BASIC FUNCTION:  This is a strategic position focused on developing and implementing metrics and analysis to quantify the success of the key projects and initiatives. The focus will be on providing cross functional leadership with the analysis necessary to determine the realization of the business value of the project investments. This person will be required to translate the implementation plan of the key project into analytical and metrics requirements to ensure the design of analysis that will drive project decisions.  This person will also lead others in the execution of the analysis and metrics implementation in support of the program.

 

 

Expertise in one or more development or analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, Business Objects, MS Excel, MS BI Suite or other tool.  Strong aptitude and desire for learning new platforms, development, analytic and presentation tools; modeling, analytic and quantitative techniques. Demonstrated ability to gather information systematically; consider a broad range of issues or factors; grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems or issues; use accurate logic in analysis. Demonstrated ability to deliver results and recommendations in written, verbal and presentation form at an appropriate level for a variety of business audiences.  Strong business acumen with the ability to apply knowledge across complex business areas.  Demonstrated experience as a self-starter with a drive toward action and results.  Takes the initiative to seek out new information and apply to the job. Demonstrated ability to lead decision making process through idea sharing and consensus building.
