Job description:
Tell me about the Day to Day Responsibilities and the team environment:
Employee will work with end users and business analysts to create/adjust wireframes and help design application flow for internal portal. Employee will need to work well in a team environment and partner with current User Experience Designer to design consistently and concurrently with other streams in the application.

Personality/Soft Skills: 
Employee will need to work well in a team, experience in such an environment is helpful. Employee would need to feel comfortable discussing their design decisions in a professional environment. Ability to take criticism well would be a must.
